occupied El Aaiun is on fire in Western Sahara

The situation in El Aaiun, occupied Western Sahara is now very serious, and looks like a civil war.

The "camps of independence"
The Saharawi camps of the protest have been violently attacked by the Moroccan military forces, attacks triggered at 5:45 this morning. While people slept.
military regiments were supported by water cannons, tear gas jets, helicopters. Telephone communications seem disconnected. It is impossible to have information on the clashes taking place between the Moroccan army and peaceful protesters who tried to protect women and children and prevent the destruction of their tents. In El Aaiun
In the city of El Aaiun, the Sahrawi who tried to reach the camps to help their families, have been protesting since yesterday in protest against the Moroccan military provocations and violence and the blockade imposed on the city.

The Moroccan authorities have objected to its violence and demonstrations there since this morning fighting between Moroccan troops and civilians in the district of Sahrawi Laachicha at Raha Matala Avenue and Smara. These districts / boroughs are the access to the camps that are still blocked. The SADR flags are everywhere.

To the airport, soldiers and police entered Moroccan in the Saharawi houses and destroyed everything. Vehicles were torched in the streets.

Women have disappeared. Moroccan police violence is effective on men women and children. There are many wounded Sahrawi. Those looking for family members fear that there are dead.
Other sources say it is unfortunate death of 80 soldiers and 4 Moroccan Sahrawi. Some names and photographs are without having been confirmed. (It is more likely that it is 80 soldiers wounded)

Many fire smoke are visible Elaiun. Banks, post office, the Office natural resources and education academy had been burned.

In combat, the Saharawi military took 4 Toyota, and many equipment and weapons. Some say the fighting would have resulted in the release of half of El Aaiun.
The Moroccan civilians armed with knives and Moroccan troops attacked the area currently Saharawi Maatala.

The confusion is great and each time new information arrives clashes or further violence.
