Saharawi refugee camps: prison camps?

And frankly, my dear neighbors did they really want me to be a foul mood to find their little offspring just after? No, really, it's better for everyone (and especially for me) I do not meddle.
But I'm not totally unbearable, I decided to make this chore in the evening, while returning from school. Anyway, it snows all the time, while we shoveling snow in the morning or evening, it's the same. (Except that the evening is better.)
